Do you ever notice how the cold winter months have a way of triggering feelings of sadness? of anxiousness?
It’s not uncommon. While those feelings can happen, and DO happen at other times of the year, they often seem to be worse during the cold, dark days. Some people are fine the rest of the year but struggle at this time of year.
And I get it. Because I’ve been there. Many times.
Maybe it’s because we are more disconnected at this time of year, huddled in our homes.
Maybe it’s because we haven’t had much sun.
Maybe it’s because we just don’t enjoy the cold.
Whatever the reason, it isn’t enjoyable. It’s downright disheartening.
I’ve learned how to effectively manage those feelings over the years. And boy, has it made my life so much better.
Did you know that essential oils can help reduce those negative emotions and feelings? Essential oils are one part of what I use to help uplift my mood, and calm my emotions.
Do you want to know how you can do the same? Then come out to my live class I am doing this Tuesday, February 4th. We’re going to be talking about what essential oils can help combat feelings of sadness and anxiousness, along with some other tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way.
Can’t make it live? Be sure to still register because I will be sending out all registrants a copy of the recording after the class to their email.
You can register HERE.
I hope to see you there!
