Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Chop up the tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro and mix together in a bowl.
  • Add salt and lime juice.
  • Let sit in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to mix.
