Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Beat our eggs together in a small bowl.
Add the eggs, oil, and milk to the flour mixture.
Mix it together with a whisk until the pancake batter is no longer lumpy but is nice and smooth.
Heat up a griddle or a large cast iron skillet pan to medium heat. Add some oil to prevent sticking.
Add 1/3 cup of pancake batter to the griddle.
The pancake is ready to flip once the top has bubbles popping up and the sides are firming up and turning golden brown. It'll take around 2-3 minutes.
After you flip the pancake cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the other side. You can take a peak underneath if you need to.
Enjoy with some maple syrup, fresh fruit, and/or whipped cream.
