Under the Sea Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix `
- 2 cups milk
- 6 drops blue food coloring
- 14 vanilla sandwich cookies
- candy fish for top
Instructions
- Mix together milk, vanilla pudding mix, and food coloring in the bowl you will use to serve the dessert. Set aside to thicken.
- Meanwhile, crush the vanilla sandwich cookies in a food processor or high speed blender until it resembles a coarse sand-like texture.
- Scoop some of the pudding from one side to the middle of the bowl.
- Add the cookie crumbs to that side to look like a beach.
- Add candy fish to the top of the pudding.
- Chill until ready to serve.
