Gingerbread Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and use a wire whisk to mix well.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat.  Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, transfer your homemade gingerbread creamer to a mason jar or an airtight container. Store it in the fridge.
