The Best Birthday Freebies in the US and Canada

Birthdays – everyone’s got one.  So why not celebrate with some freebies?

I’ve compiled a list of some of the best birthday freebies available in the US and Canada.   if you are looking for the US it is right below, and if you are looking for the Canadian list, it is further down the post, so keep scrolling. 🙂  The Canadian list is a bit smaller, but that’s because Canada is smaller. That’s okay though, you can only eat so many free desserts on your special day.

And also, if your birthday is soon, happy birthday! 🙂  I’m not going to lie, mine is coming up in September, so as I was compiling this list I was sure to sign up for some of the reward programs to take advantage of some of the freebies myself. 🙂

 

BIRTHDAY FREEBIES IN THE USA

A & W – Join their Mug Club and get a free root beer float on your birthday!

Argo Tea – When you sign up for their loyalty program and after 5 visits you get a free drink up to $5 on your big day.

Auntie Anne’s Pretzels –  Sign up for their rewards program and they will send you an offer for something special on your birthday (it does not say what, but chances are you may get a pretzel!)

Black Angus Steakhouse – Sign up for their Prime Club and get a free steak dinner for your birthday!  (There’s a little asterisk next to this offer so I’m assuming there are some conditions to this. )

BJ’s Restaurant –  Free Pizookie on your birthday when you sign up for their rewards program.

Bojangles – Get a free Bo-berry biscuit with a purchase on your birthday when you sign up for their e-club.

Caribou Coffee – Get a free treat on your birthday when you are a perks member.

Chili’s – Get a free dessert on your birthday when you sign up for “My Chili’s Rewards.”

Cinnabon – Sign up for “Club Cinnabon” and they will send you a a special present on your birthday to help you celebrate.

Coldstone Creamery – Get Buy One Get One Free Creation coupon for your birthday when you sign up for their club.

DelTaco – Get a free shake on your birthday when you sign up for their eclub.

Denny’s – Free Build your own Grand Slam for your birthday when you sign up for their rewards program.

Dippin’ Dots – Free Dippin’ Dots on your birthday when you sign up for their Dot Crazy Email Club.

Dunkin’ Donuts and baskin robbins – This is a combined birthday club.  It looks like you get some ice cream on your birthday judging by the site, but I can’t guarantee.  Sign up for their birthday club and you’ll see if it’s ice cream or not. 🙂

Edible Arrangements – Get a free gift on your birthday.  I’m guessing it will be edible.

Firehouse Subs – When you sign up for their reward program you get a free medium sub reward on your special day.

Ihop – Sign up for their Myhop program and receive free pancakes on your birthday.  And for signing up.  And every anniversary after that of your sign up date.  Basically, lots of free pancakes.

JCPenny – They will send you a free birthday gift when you sign up for their rewards program.

Kohl’s – Join their Yes2You Rewards program and you’ll get a birthday gift for your special day.

Krispy Kreme Rewards – word on the street is that you get a free donut for signing up, though it doesn’t say that specifically on their site, only that you will receive freebies and offers sent to you.  You do, however get a free donut just for signing up, so how can you go wrong?

Maggie Moo’s – The site says you’ll receive sweet treats and rewards on days like your birthday when you sign up for Slab Happy Rewards.  it doesn’t specify what those treats or rewards are.

Medieval Times – Get free admission during your birthday month when you sign up for their birthday club.  You must go with someone else who is paying for an adult admission as well.  This deal is not available at the Scottsdale, Arizona location.

Menchie’s – When you sign up for their reward program you’ll receive $5 in Menchie money to spend on your birthday.

Panera – When you sign up for their Mypanera points program you will receive an extra reward for your birthday. They do not specify what that is.

Perkins Restaurant and Bakery – Sign up for their MyPerkins rewards program and get a free gift on your birthday.

Red Lobster – Join the My Red Lobster Rewards club and get a free birthday offer sent by email.

Sephora – Get a free birthday gift when you join their club.

Swagbucks – Get 55 Swagbucks for your birthday.  I’ve been using Swagbucks for years to earn gift cards and paypal money.  Be sure to check it out!

The Body Shop – Get a $10 birthday reward when you sign up for their “love your body” club.

Zaxby’s – Join the Zax club and receive a free nibbler for your birthday.

Baskin-Robbins – Join Club 31 for a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday.

Boston Pizza – Free dessert on your birthday when you sign up for their loyalty program.

David’s Tea – Join their frequent steeper program and get a free cup of tea on your birthday.

Denny’s – Free grand slam on your birthday.  Must present photo ID to receive it.

Harvey’s – receive a free burger on your birthday when you sign up for their email club.
